When I finally get round to setting up my own svn sever I am defiantly going to have to get twitvn running on it. I always thought this would be a fun thing for some of the hosted svn servers to run anonymously for everyone that uses the service just to see how different people use svn commit messages.

It has long been very obvious that I needed to combine a number of my sites. I even wrote about it at one point. Well the time has come to take the covers off. Ideally this was supposed to be released with a django back-end. I even have a django version sitting on my local development server in full working order. However, due to me being a lazy bum (and not wanting to leave the comfort of having my hosting managed for me) I decided to just re-code the site in php again.

I would talk a little about how I made the site scale beautifuly when you change the font size and how it is now my actual home. However, I will let you discover all the gems yourself. Enjoy :-)

Last Wednesday I was part of a small team who live streamed our students' union elections results live to over 1600 people from across the globe. That night we pushed boundaries on what had ever been done by any other students union. Thanks to everyone who made it possible the whole night was truly amazing. The footage should make its way on to susu.tv later this week.

On another note I do have a new design of Mumblings sitting waiting ready to go live. However, due to limits on my time it will have to wait until Easter for it to be released. Hopefully after that I will resume my normal rate of posting.
